1. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis
2. All fees are non refundable and any duplicate bookings/incorrect booking will incur an admin fee
3. All The Dance Box teachers hold professional qualifications to be able to teach dance, are first aid trained and hold an enhanced DBS Check
4. We ask for all valuables to not be brought to the class/intensive and hold no responsibility or liability for anything that is lost
5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class/intensive for any reason
6. We reserve the right to change teachers advertised if necessary
7. If a class/intensive is cancelled due to reasons out of our control no additional session will be provided and no refund will be given
8. We reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, resulting in a full loss of fees
